I BROKE THE THING (ANKYLO FIXED THE THING)

So, while I was home yesterday I was working a bit on the site's codebase, but inadvertently pushed the code to PROD instead of our DEV machine. Now, I didn't restart the server, so the new code isn't active yet (which is good because the code was broken) BUT it appears that the html templates were picked up, thus the stuff I was working on for the DEVELOPMENT portal are active but without the underlying code to populate them.

Long story short, the DEVELOPMENT portal is borked.

I didn't realize this was the case (I had assumed that the new template files would also require an Apache restart to be picked up) so I didn't think I screwed anything up when I mistakenly promoted code to the wrong environment.

ankylo will once again clean up my bumbling when he gets home in about an hour or so.

I am such a hack.

Now, I don't have an extensive list handy for the about 6 things I was working on (5 of which were minor), but:

1. two new "spotlights" on the DEV portal, intended to be used for Scripts/Tutorials/Articles/Store/Resources
2. Latest resources in DEV portal
3. a fuckton of new taglines

the thing that is half-broken is the ability to view reviews for games that have since been denied/deleted/privatized. That's not working yet.
