I just got a 360 - Tag is ReceivingSiren so add me if you love me. I only have Halo 3 at the moment, should be getting some more games soon.
LWG, you should consider getting Left 4 Dead. The Orange Box is really good too, but 99% of people who have played it on both PC and 360 will tell you the PC version is far superior.
Also, pick up Shadowrun if you can find a used copy laying around. It's multiplayer only but there are still plenty of people playing it and it'll cost you pocket change.

Anyone tried Quake Live yet? I always suck at FPSs but it's still quite fun especially since it's free and in-browser.

I also play Titan Quest : Immortal throne and a friend somewhat managed to get me back into Guild Wars, If anyone cares about those games.
If theres something else that's got at least somewhat easy to set up multiplayer, and doesnt cost much (but preferably free), and you just happen to need a player, drop me a line, and we'll go from there.
