HAS ANYONE USED EFFECTUS (OR INVENIO)?

I've noticed a few products in the RMN store that look promising, namely Effectus (and to a lesser extent, Invenio). However, I've really never heard anyone talk about them.

Does anyone have any experience with either of these? Do they work well? Does Effectus make VX Ace games play a lot smoother?

I haven't done any serious testing with Effectus, but I do have it and from what I can see so far, it's not bad. I'll certainly let you know when I can get around to a big stress test.
do you, like, own everything? serious.

Oh to have fun with this, or to try and give a more serious answer?

Invenio is a pathfinding script, so it doesn't really serve me much of a purpose. If that changes though, I'll certainly give it a shot and spread the word.

As for other gam mak things I could speak on, even a lil bit, that's all for another time.
I would definitely use Effectus if it does what it says and for half the cost.
Maybe then I would finally be able to work on Reap and Sow.
It's just too bad you have to have outside sources do something like this to fix something that shouldn't ever be a problem in a 2D game.
It feels like RPG Maker VX Ace was deliberately built to be ineffective so they can sell a tool that fixes it.

Thanks! If Effectus really works (and doesn't conflict with other scripts ^^;;) I might consider it, as battles and some events struggle a little with my game on my laptop.

Never attribute to malice what could be explained with incompetence.
