Woops, I meant XP!Hey, guys. Long time no see, huh? I've been pretty inspired lately. I've also been looking through that one game I was working on long, long ago: Final Fantasy Essence. You can look at the wikia here if you don't remember: http://ff-fandom.wikia.com/wiki/Final_Fantasy_Essence .

Well, the point I'm making this topic is that I've been inspired to redo it, well it's been in the back of my head for a long time. Life... well it got in the way. I've grown up a lot more and life is just... well if you're over 20, you know. Anyway, enough with that!

I am in need of a new, BRAND NEW, crew for this project, and I want it to be the best RPG Maker game on the internet! I know we can do this, it happened before. I haven't done too much work on the redo, but the story and idea is there. I have changed the characters a bit so far, as well as the name of the game, but that won't be reveiled just yet =).

Okay, finally... shut up, Celes.

This is what I need:

Co-Writer - This position is basically for online and creative writing. I need someone who can rewrite what I write and make it... well fancy. I am a very bad writer (in the sense that I can't be creative with making the story, charater bios and stuff sound interesting.) Also, some help with dialog and ideas is also greatly appreciated!

Co-Spriter - I can sprite, I really can. But I can't sprite all the time, as I have work, among other things to do. I need someone who can sprite in the same art style the game is in:


I am using these old tiles, by the way. What I need is someone who can basically sprite objects, other tilesets, other characters if I need them, some unique-to-the-game enemies (this can be a seperate position if you're good at characters and tiles, but not monsters and the like)

Composer (Can come later as of right now) - I use to be picky; wanting a composer who can compose JUST LIKE NOBUO UEMATSU. Well, this is no longer the case. I want YOU to compose how you sound, not someone else. I would like someone who would give me both midi and mp3 files, but just midi is fine, too. I won't complain. But I do need a composer who can do rock sounding tracks, orchestral tracks, Jazz, marching... all across the map.

Scripter (Can come later also) *update later

Artist (This can come whenever) - This is basically pretty easy if you're good at drawing and using things like photoshop or illustrator or whatever program you prefer. I need someone who can draw a logo, the characters (this is mostly for trailers and forums), and whatever we need for the game. It can be however you draw it. I'm not accepting stick figures, though!!! LOL!

I'm not interested in joining a team but I could make my next public animations a bit more fitting for the standard final fantasy theme so you could use them in this game. It would help making the battles pop xP

I make custom battle animations for public use. So perhaps I could make some tailored to fit this game (and other general final fantasy fangames) and release it to the public.
It wouldn't be exclusive for this game ofc but it'd have some battle animations tailored for it :)
