Im searching a gun system in rpg makzer xp, likze thze resident evil shooting systzezm, but i want it in events nooooooooot scrpts!!

Do you mean shooting around in the overworld or using guns in battle? The latter can be achieved by retooling MP into ammo (have your characters have 0 by default and make weapons provide them), make them use up MP with each shot (maybe making it a skill and have attack just whack people with the gun) and add ammo clips to refill weapons. I'm absolutely certain you can't do shooting in the overworld without an extensive script...

I'd really like to get rid of LockeZ. His play style is way too unpredictable. He's always like this too. If he ran a country, he'd just kill and imprison people at random until crime stopped.

It's RPG Maker XP not FPS Maker XP
I mean you could probably do it with events but it would be a year or two of work for you to figure out how to get it all working. You're not going to find "a system" that you can just download. Because first of all, downloading a system like that only works for scripts, not events. And second of all, that's an insane amount of stuff and will involve tens of thousands of events that will all be unique to your game.

I know it's VX Ace, and some things might work a bit differently, but, a good amount of the Wand of Blasting (nessessary reference) was done via events. However, it has support from scripting as well.

The ones I've seen in RPG Maker 2003 don't work anything like Resident Evil. Almost without exception, they only let you face four directions, maybe eight at most if they allow diagonals. Resident Evil let the player use the left and right arrows to rotate and shoot in any direction. The control scheme in Resident Evil is extremely unusual and there are almost no games - RPG Maker or otherwise - that use the same kind of combat system.
