Lately I've been playing an old game from Windows 98 called Theme Hospital. Holy shit, this game is crazy fun:

Basically build a hospital, hire good employees, earn money, and manage your patients. Its a strategy game, essentially. I was curious if anyone was around to play it.

Man, I don't even remember this.
Unfortunately, I doubt I could get it running anymore. I'm running a Mac that's running Windows XP. A million compatibility issues waiting to happen.

Hmm, well. I have Vista and it works okay. Not sure about your case.
Yeah, i used to love playing this game too. I would spend hours and hours trying to create the best hospital.
Mhm. I'd say. I first played this game when I was a little kid in grade school. Almost a decade later and its still entertaining. :(
I played this a fair bit. My younger sister was more into it though and I think she actually finished it while I always lost interest some halfway through the missions. Shooting rats was always fun.
The game was very welldesigned too. There's been other hospital sims since and they've all ripped off Theme Hospital and managed to be worse anyway. (My sister has tried a couple) It had the right learning curve combined with enough complexity to make anyone happy.

As far as strategy games go, I used to really love SimTower and SimFarm, I thought they were the greatest thing ever. You can get both of those games at Abandonia, I reckon.
Haha, I've still got this game on PS1. Haven't played it in ages though, but I remember it was pretty fun, yeah. Always prefered Theme Park, even though I don't play much Sim games.

Good times.
I tried playing this yesterday, actually, using DOSBox. It didn't run so well, even at high priority, so I couldn't stand it. :< How are you emulating it (or are you actually running DOS)?
No. I am not using a DOS box. I am using this folder where you install the game, and leave the folder on the desktop so it acts as a disc. I'll upload it later if I get the time (and internet speed).
