I'd probably say:
Writer/Designer: Feldeschalt IV - He's able to come up with really interesting worlds and characters that actually have depth! It's not often in the entire industry you get someone who actually gives a shit about worldbuilding. In addition to that, he seems to have a good head on his shoulders for Game Design.
Art: CAHRULL - CAHRULL doesn't come here anymore and I'm pretty sure they don't do RM anymore either, but they're a very talented artist that works in the same Brownie Brown style that I often do. They were actually a big inspiration to me when I started out pixelling.
Music: FangStiltskin - He's the best composer I know of on RMN. There's not much to it besides that.

Battles: Ocean - I love to play absolutely every single on his games, and his strongest skill is either battles or arts. I'm going to put him down for battles here though~

Graphics: Minnow - Anybody who has seen one of the games I've made with her will know the reason why!
Music: I don't know many composers on RMN unfortunately!
My team has the extra advantage of the members being very agreeable and hard-working. I'm sure they could make a game together in real life if they wanted! (Now just add me in and a McBacon Jam...)

You need to hang around Summoner of Sounds. If you're looking for the musicians, that's where we are.
I know you said to ignore team dynamics, but in light of recent McBacon Jam teams not working out, I just couldn't help but think about dynamics when I was thinking up teams. So I figured I'd list teams that I'd think would come up with really cute things.
Possible teams
Possible teams
- Red_Nova and Slash -- both all rounders, both good at gameplay whilst still keeping a really grounded mindset with regard to reducing ludonarrative dissonance and all that crap. SLASH can work on the visuals side, Red Nova would work on story and they'd both work on gameplay because they're both good at it. these two could work together to make a SUPERGAME.
- Joseph Seraph and Ocean -- two cute really nice people from what i've heard and I think they would have fun making a game together so that's why i put them together. because what would come out would be so cuuute
- Me-Patra + Rastek -- POM GETS WI-FI and WITHER are really similar in gameplay style and i want to see their styles of games collide
- SnowOwl and Calunio -- seemed like such a perfect fit but it didn't work out, funnily enough. i'd want them to try to finish that game they started.
- Pizza & Ratty -- pizza handles the tilesets and world design and ratty handles the comedy and gameplay. they've both got good game design sensibilities, and they both like rats :P
- Unity and Artbane a.k.a Mark Conforti -- making a non-RPG together. I know Unity's really good at map design and finishing games, and Artbane is great at finishing games too. Artbane can write his depression sim he's always wanted to create, and since Unity's not afraid to step outside of the RPG genre with games like Last Minute Gift, they can make something very interesting together I believe
- Indrah+marimo -- working on a horror game (they did Subject before, but they need to do more horror games, because their last one was killer)
- Liberty+Archeia -- I think this friendship needs to consummate in a game. To my knowledge, Porcupine Princess is that, but that game has a development process beset with such unfortunate mishaps (e.g. a thunderstorm toasting both Archeia's internet adapter AND hard disk), but hopefully something like this comes to fruition. Plus they just seem like such good friends that even a game by just two of them would be fun to see.

Desertopa: He's got a long history of writing articles and the sort at TVTropes, so having him overlook the script would be ideal.
Dyhalto: He knows his way around a pixel. He'd be a good support artist.
Yellow Magic: He makes entertaining LPs and that'd help advertise the game.
Of course, I'd be the mapping guy.

(this is in reference to Sated saying 'kentona at his best'. Also the saying in general is complete bullshit. what kind of selfish asshole in a relationship wouldn't strive to be better for their mate? your 'worst' should be continually improving for their sake and the sake of the relationship)
