SUGGESTIONS OF NAMES FOR A CITY

CloseThe game I'm currently making (What?, a cat is your prime minister?!) is all located in a city. I can't come up with a good name for it so I'd like some suggestions.
I'd like normal real-world sounding names, but no famous cities please, and nothing cat related.

What's the area like? What's the name of the country it's in? What's the history of the city? Usually the history question helps a lot - most towns and cities are named after people who founded them/incidents that went down during the founding/other cities from the country of the people that founded it/prominent features in the area.

I guess there isn't too much to say about it really, but these are the features in the town.
- A forest park in the south-west.
- A large neighborhood in the south of the city centre.
- Primary school, High school and University on the east side.
- City centre with government buildings directly to the north.
- Shopping area near the southern neighborhood and a larger one directly to the east of the city centre.
- Upper Class housing in the north-east corner
-Factory area in the north east including a kibble factory (The prime minister prefers dry food, and kibble has become the new currency)

Nice idea. I hadn't thought about it but maybe I'll have it that since the cat has come in to power, it had the city renamed. If he gets ousted from office, they decide to change it back to something which the townspeople actually like. Will make it end with 'ton' to keep it connected up.

when I am stuck for town names, I start browsing the north american prairies on Google Maps for ideas.

I'd really like to get rid of LockeZ. His play style is way too unpredictable. He's always like this too. If he ran a country, he'd just kill and imprison people at random until crime stopped.

You should have the prime minister still be in the process of trying to rename the city to something cat-related. Currently its name is still Ferreton or St. Doberman or Salmongrad

Out of those three, I'd probably go with Ferreton. Seems the most un-animal related.
