CloseIf you'd rather not allow ties then it sounds like the best option is to find an impartial party. I realize that'd be harder than usual since the final push for members added a lot of the members you'd normally turn to to be the impartial person.
I trust you to be objective though, so if finding someone else is too much hassle it wouldn't bother me if you went option number 2. You've already tallied the scores on your own, right?

Yes, yes. My internet is running a bit slow, but it should be fixed tomorrow, when I'll get the badges and announcements for this done. Can't really upload anything at the moment, even images. It's a struggle even getting on the forums as it is. >.<;
It's okay, should be up some time this weekend. Sorry for the long wait, though. Like I said in my last post, my internet has been shit and it reached it's cap (had to change plans ;.; ) so it cut to the pace of a snail. I had to put some things off, like doing the writing spot and POTM, but it's back to normal as of today, so I can finally upload stuff! ;^;
