Season 2 was just a victim of the Sophomore Slump. Season 3 is the make-it-or-break-it season.

This is a generalization, but I think it will hold it's own. Hell, the thing has been planned out to season five.

So many questions... So many questions...
Whether it gets renewed or not, this is the season that it will grow its beard, if it ever does.
Well, season 3 has started off pretty good so hopefully it continues like this. The end to season 2 was good as well.
Demondestony, did you see the alternate season 2 ending on the DVD? Before the writer's strike the original end involved the virus actually getting out and killing a bunch of people.
No, i don't have season 2 on dvd but i just watched it on youtube. I found it to be much better than the ending that was shown on tv.
I gotta check that other ending out too... I didnt even know there was one... ubt yeah season 3 is starting out pretty good and I can't wait to see how it continues.
They showed like two episodes then cut it off for the Olympics. It has yet to return. That makes me pretty sad as it's one of the few episodic TV shows I watch.
I watched all of series one like it was my religion, but by the time that showed series 2 over here I kind of lost interest. Same thing with Lost actually, although that series really has gone downhill.

Conquest is made from the ashes of one's enemies.

Man, you guys are drinking the kool-aid. Most of the premiere was a certifiable train wreck. The only part I really got exited about was at the end where I realized there may be some actual villains this year besides the company that has employee retention problems (they probably need to invest more time into H.R.) and the nerdy computer guy from 24 season 3.

I will call Claire out, in particular, for being quite lame nowadays.
i'm just a newbie >:( >:(
But i make games!
um, can you tell us what that has to do with heroes?

Claire was always lame. What do you expect from teenagers?
Claire isn't lame! She suffers from angst, especially in this season, but I remember the moment Heroes won my heart. It was Season one episode three. When Claire wakes up in the Autopsy room sliced open. Man, that was compelling!
I was so prepared to hate Heroes, but something about it is different from other Super Hero things some how...
Mmmm.... Heroes Kool-Aid...
Well, im going to go watch heroes right now, its S3E3.
Has anyone else been watching heroes lately?
Spoilers ahoy:
I'm not diggin' Future Claire. She's nowhere near the badass that Future Hiro and Future Peter were.

Daphne and Matt? What the hell? That's quite an odd way of setting us up for THAT little relationship. I mean I expected she'd turn face eventually, but loving mother to Matt Parkman's spawn? Qua?!

Giving Peter Sylar's hunger is an interesting thing to change his character, but like so much else about Peter I imagine it won't be as cool as it could be. Sylar's being set up to turn Face, which I could've predicted but which I'm hesitantly in favor of. Hiro unearthed Adam: Nande yanen?!

The first half of the episode I wasn't paying much attention, so I take it not much happened to make me start PAYING attention until about the last thirty minutes.
