[RM2K3] CUSTOM WINDOWS?

I bought RPG Maker 2003 on Steam and i'm starting to make use of it, but while i am trying to learn, is there a tutorial how to make custom systems like Skill Tree, Monster Book, Level Up System, etc. ?
