That's right. Well it's not ghibli's but it has been customized through years by Ghibli staff, used by them since mononoke princess.
I've downloaded it but I'm not sure it'll work on my scrappy PC. Either way, czech it out! This is pretty big!

HOLY BALLS! :O
Everybody who tries it is just going to be reminded that the tools matter less than the artists.
dat tru but it's still good to have a good, functional 2D animation tool that is stable and proven good design through decades of refinement.
I mean flash and toonboom are ok but it was time for something new.

From what little I can gather about it from the site, it's just a set of filters or something?

Stand back. Artist at work. I paint with enthusiasm if not with talent.

Is this for frame-by-frame, traditional animation or does it support vectors and motion tweens? What about bones (skeletal animation)?
I'd check but the link is not loading on this dang phone.
I'm pretty sure it supports all of those.

Be warned though: it's buggy. Unless compatibility mode can save me somehow, the program is basically useless to me until the next update.

But man, where was all this cool open-source shit like 10~15 years ago back when I actually felt like doing shit more than 3 times a year?
