[PAID] ARTIST TO DESIGN PROJECT LOGO, AND TITLE SCREEN.

So I've come to the realization that my project, Chronology of the Last Era needs a new look and design in terms of a logo, banner, and a title screen to represent itself. However I don't have the artistic skill to create something like this that I feel truly represents the visual design of my game. That's where you guys come in; I'd like to hire an artist to do the following
.
-Design a generalized logo
-Design a banner, preferably one that can be utilized for my project's Twitter page
-Design a title screen that fits within the guidelines of RPG Maker VX Ace

-I'm looking at a budge of up to about $125 US for all three pieces. For separate pieces, the price will be broken up, obviously. If you're shit hot, perhaps we can negotiate. 
-As far as aesthetics go, we can discuss the details (I'm not too good at articulating art, but I know what I like). As far as logos, banners, and titles, I draw inspiration from the clean, striking, crisp, sharp logos of titles such as

Vagrant Story
Romancing SaGa
Chrono Cross
Final Fantasy Tactics

But of course its more about fancy fonts, as a design(s) will come into the picture as well.

-However, this is for a free game, so on one hand, you don't have to worry about your logo not collecting royalties. On the other hand...your logo won't collect royalties.
