That's true! It also sounds like an excuse maybe to avoid the barn if the animals are "safe" there might be something in that barn someone is trying to hide or evidence.

I'd really like to get rid of LockeZ. His play style is way too unpredictable. He's always like this too. If he ran a country, he'd just kill and imprison people at random until crime stopped.

This is nonsense. I have absolutely zero interest in whatever roleplay is happening here. It's distracting and it's confusing and it's telling us nothing and it's preventing people from actually interacting with each-other.

Have you ever done an RP mafia before? In the one I did last time, we used clues to help figure out who was scum! I'm actually not trying to RP that much, but it's necessary too search around if we want to find evidence.
Ratty, I'm starting to think you're trying to tell us something. Is this whole Green Pepper business just a joke or a roleplaying thing, or is there more to it?
It looks like we've got the buildings rather well covered. While you are all investigating that, I'll take a closer look at the road(s) on and leading up to the farm to see if any traces or lost objects can be found there.

Have you ever done an RP mafia before?
Nope I RP table-top dice and paper games. I have to admit, this is a bit...slower, is the word I think I'm looking for.
In the one I did last time, we used clues to help figure out who was scum! I'm actually not trying to RP that much, but it's necessary too search around if we want to find evidence.
That seems to just break the whole spirit of mafia. Still, as much as I want to go with LockeZ, I'm not going to because I want Kloe's game to work.

RP means that people are acting as characters and not as themselves. This makes it impossible to tell when they're lying.
We will find a dozen times as many clues if we just interact normally and ignore the RP. I move that we abandon all roleplaying and lynch anyone who refuses.
This doesn't mean we stop using the investigative actions. It just means we all agree that no one speaks "in-character" again at any point in this game.

Also, yes, I at least partially agree with LockeZ in that we've been so fixated on this whole investigation thing that we're starting to lose the actual goal of the game out of our sight. Let's try to start focusing on each other more and less on the fluff and stuff surrounding us.
On the other hand, it's also in our own interest to find and use a many clues as we can. Trying to completely stop that seems like creating a disadvantage for town.

The way the game was constructed last time left a lot of room for debate and theories, so it was still largely based on player interactions. The main plot was mostly just used to get things moving, and evidence was never clear enough to properly convict anyone. Hopefully Kloe can do the same in this one! :)

Oh yeah, that's probably a good idea! We don't necessarily need to be playing a different character for this.

Ah, okay, now I get what you're saying. This would obviously be up to Kloe in the end, but I agree that the RPing has slowed the game down considerably.
Though LockeZ, it is a little bit late to voice your objections now considering this is what it says in the first post haha: "hopefully this'll be a little different to usual, it's a little bit RP based"

Ratty has some kind of weird nonsense going on with the green pepper thing and the cutting off of his head. It's intentionally distracting.
But the person who's been most heavily into the RP is definitely NeverSilent, so I think that's my real vote for now. Anyone who is on the scum team would have been trying to play in-character as much as possible, up until the point where I pointed out it was scummy to do so.

Wait, what? I'm not really following your logic...First of all, how was voting for me self-explanatory? And secondly, just because someone was RPing prior to your objections doesn't make them mafia, it just means they were trying to play the game the way Kloe intended it to be. (Plus, didn't NeverSilent say he didn't want to RP anyway?)

You probably shouldn't quote people's bolded actions since it confuses the moderator.
