Luxaren Allure is specifically advertised as yuri. The romance in it is vanilla and the focus is on the main story. If you're looking for something that actually focuses on yuri or is explicit, then you may not be interested in this game.
Actually, she just finished playing LA ^_^ I was trying to recommend some more on this site and I mentioned Tristian and Scardey Cat (but one doesn't have a download and the other just has a short demo) and I was thinking "Surely there are more games like this on this site and I'm just forgetting something" but maybe I'm not? ^^;;

The two are not mutually exclusive. :/
Songs from Aelsea has light yuri themes but is also nowhere near being finished/playable so, take it as you will.
The female protagonist in April Was a Fool can date a lady. Uh... I feel like there were other instances but I can't remember any >.<
I know I'm currently in the progress of making one but it's been on the back-burner for a while. Technically, you can get to the end, but yeah, it may not be very fun getting there.

Perhaps U.U.P. Gemstar? I don't recall if that protagonist ever had a fixed gender, though. That may even have been part of the point. Then again, that's also an unfinished game, so, WELP!

I'd really like to get rid of LockeZ. His play style is way too unpredictable. He's always like this too. If he ran a country, he'd just kill and imprison people at random until crime stopped.
