Help for a RM2k3 Project Topic

Ok, so I had an idea for a game that I want to make, and I don't want to give away too many details, but if I could get some help with resources and idea that would be great.

What I need:
-A chipset for RM2K3, for a modern day city setting (like houses and streets)

-Movie you like, an action, a comedy, and some other one. (No newer films, more older ones, and not super long one, please)

-Also, I would like to feature art from random artist, so if you want some of your art work shown off, let me know.

Anyways, if you guys could help me out with this it would be great, i really need the help. Thanks in advance.

I also need some monster images, from a front view (RM2k style) and i need it to be humans, like a man, woman, old people, and maybe a cop.

Ok, well I dont want to give away to much info because my project might suck and fall apart, but its for a a project set in the modern age, where you can do pretty much what ever you want.
