HELP FINDING A GAME I ENJOYED IMMENSELY

So, I know that these types of topics probably come up quite a bit, but every bit of searching I have attempted has come up with nothing, and I'd like to ask the people who would know best (You) to try to help me find a game I played a couple of years ago and fell in love with.

While randomly looking through RPG Maker sites, I found a game that based its story around an innkeeper. It begins with a critic coming to his little, out of the way establishment, and leaves a scathing review of their services, and the innkeeper, son of a famous dragon slayer, decides to take the famous sword of his father and go to try to find the critic in order to ask for him to retract or change the article.

Despite the somewhat odd beginning it was a lovely little RPG with a protagonist that wasn't your everyday Ralph hero. I would like to say the title had the word "Legacy" or "Legend" in it, but so far all of my searches have been thwarted. If anyone can offer a link, or if the game has simply vanished to the sands of time, I'd be happy for any information you can offer.
