My first submitted game was denied due to plain mapping , so I'm wondering what is the standard about "OK mapping" , could someone give some pictures so I can refer to ?
And I'm currently working on another project , there are a little little bit strong languages and dirty words , does it okay ?

Eh, the language thing is probably okay, you can use a bit of strong language and dirty words as far as I know.
Mapping is a hard skill to improve, but to do so I would reccomend using threads such as Screenshot Survival 20XX to gain feedback on certain maps and how to improve.
I don't know if there is like, a standard? Libby could probs tell you if there's some sort of Map Guideline or something.

I am a bit lazy at the moment to do my own mapping to show you so here are images thanks to google:

This first map looks a bit plain. If all your areas and inside houses lack objects like trees and flowers and all that stuff that makes it pretty it okay look pretty boring.

As you can see taking some extra time to put some makeup on your map can make it look awesome.
Kloey is right mapping can be hard to get good at but over time you learn. As for the strong language, I see nothing wrong with it, however, it may be best to ask yourself is it needed? Do you have to use them? Maybe, maybe not. I think it is fine so long as every sentence isn't nothing but:
Cuss word after cuss. One or two may not be bad. It just depends. I cuss a lot and even I hate it when games have a cuss word every five seconds. Unless it is apart of who a character is then no real reason for it.

As double-check, while the first is a example of bland mapping, the second image is well over what one could call the "standard mapping", don't worry if yours don't end up matching it for instance.
Generally it can be solved by some nice use of trees, pathways and some flowers and tall grass here and there. All in all I'll go with Kloe and suggest leaving one in Screenshot survival, or even here, so the experts(not one myself btw) can take a proper look on it.

I'd suggest the New Developer Mapping Help Thread for beginner-friendly feedback!
It's made specifically to help devs like you who are new to the whole mapping business to help them improve their maps. (and also help them get up to site standards)
I'd say it also shows off quite nicely the "not up to standard" vs "fits the standard, yep". There are ways and levels beyond that, but yer getting there with time. The second map kevin posted is quite polished imho.
Show off some of the maps you have (in the thread above) and see that you can polish them up. Not every map needs to be perfect as well, so be sure to show off the best of your work in your screenshots when you re-submit. It's fine if not every map is pitch-perfect.
Also, generally swearing and curse words are okay to use.
It may be bad taste to use them just for their own sake (I played one or two games where every sentence was filled to the brim with them and they just became empty filler, at best). Always use them for effect, not "just because" ; )
If you are particularily pornographic (visually), misogynistic or otherwise -phobic in particular, it may leave your game to be denied (like having a game where every woman is a whore and needs to be raped and insulted). Yes, that happened.
If you're just having characters be a little crude, rest easy.

Was that last paragraph talking about Polymorphous Perversity by any chance? :P
Nope. Pretty sure it was about The Hawkman: https://rpgmaker.net/forums/topics/1013/?post=661583#post661583
