[RMVX ACE] LOGO SCALING - HOW DO I MAKE IT NOT LOOK LIKE GARBAGE?

Thanks for taking the time to read!
Generally, I just make my logo's in Piskel, PS or similar and whack 'em on the front screen. This time, however, I need to use the same logo in-game at a drastically reduced size. When I do this, it looks awful, showing artifacting, getting grainy etc.
What experience do you guys have with this? Any ideas are hugely appreciated!

This is the placeholder logo I'm testing on, didn't want to make a final version that didn't work!

Try making a pixel art version.
Has an issue when getting scaled up and down, due to how the game is designed it needs to work up close, at a distance and also on the start screen.
If you're using Photoshop for the reduction, try checking the "image Interpolation", down on settings-General (PS CS4), the right setting be life-saver on really-low sizes.
CS4 is recommending me "Bicubic Sharper", for pixel art choose Nearest Neighbor.

Oh, that is so much better! Thanks Kevincalanor!
Huge thank yous to you both - hopefully my game of cooking and murder will eventually get there!
