Indeed. I see that now lol. Dyhalto and Infection just about split my gut XD
That just makes you feel strangely innocent, haha.

Hey, I didn't play a whole lot of M&M (I despised the gameplay mechanics...it was trying to be first person RPG when the technology just wouldn't support it, and there were a lot of games that did that: Menzoberranzan and Eye of the Beholder comes to mind) but I have to admit, Ruby isn't bad looking at all, and the other lady looks pretty, too.
I did watch a little bit of HoMaM II gameplay as a child, I remember seeing it, but never played it.
I DID grow up on III tho, which is still the best ever hehe. (I did play my good share of IV and some V and meh .. just made me wanna replay III, tho I did grow warm with IV)

And what videogames as a whole did, no idea. I started playing them when I was two years old, apparantly. Or at least used the computer *shrug*
Well...the first game I ever saw/played was Super Mario Bros. for the Nes. It was at my grandpas, owned by my uncle, and it was a blast. Didn't get too far, being 3/4 at the time, but...Super Marioooooo! Then at 4ish for christmas we got a Super Nintendo with Super Mario World. Super Nintendo kinda dominated my world from then on, haha.

Motoracer and Might and Magic VI were the first PC games I owned. (Besides solitaire.) First I played was Oregon Trail on the school Apple IIs.

As to how it changed me...Almost impossible to say, haha. Its been one of my main hobbies/interests and I've always wanted to make games like the ones I played. (Also own PS1 RPG Maker. Started on a game 16~ years ago, but didn't get that far because of the things limitations. Especially the memory card space limit. Holy cow was that a limiter. >.> Gonna have to try and make that game again based off what I remember. It was a fantasy medieval type, with the main character being a humanoid dragon, tho now I'd call it more anthropomorphic or along the lines of a Breath of Fire dragon. He could equip claw weapons to make his normal attacks better. I think I also made a few magic spells and whatnot too. I don't think I have it on a memory card anymore to check.)

If you want to talk about first-person RPGs, I can probably talk about the "Gold Box" games based on the Forgotten Realms setting: Pool of Radiance, Curse of the Azure Bonds, Secret of the Silver Blades and Pools of Darkness. Of those, I've only played three, and beat the first two. Man, I could never really get into Secret of the Silver Blades.

But, uh, yeah, Heroes 3 was, and still very much still is, considered the best game of that series. I think the base game with no expansions is on Steam, but, there's no way I can see myself playing that online because there'd be no "negative Armageddon".

I've always liked Carlawn.
Games have pretty much defined me. But not really in the... story sense. It's just getting my first tabletop RPG for my eleventh birthday helped set me on the path I am. And getting Blood Bowl for Christmas.

I probably wouldn't be the person I am without those games. And all the games those games led to of course.
Video games have pretty much changed me into who I am; an aspiring game developer.

The Great Deku Tree also taught me a valuable lesson.

Good news:) We all are here because we had dreams one day of making our dream projects. Also, what did the Tree teach you? Its been ages since I played OOT. My very last playthrough will be a 3 heart only challenge.
I don't know yet, but I plan to go on a spiritual journey to Japan to find out.

A three heart run sounds really fun! I've always thought that most Zelda games were too easy in the combat department.
Wow! You really plan on going? The best of luck to you and may you fulfill your destiny. And yes, I've played OOT countless times, the same run every time. Now that I know everything about the game, I can play it just based on skill and not having hearts to back me up. No heart containers, not pieces of heart,no defense increases, zip.

I guess its a way of creating your own hard mode.
