Hello dudes! o/
You probably remember, I'm french (sorry xD).
In my english class, I have to make a comment on a report;
I have chosen this :
Policing the Web from CNN
My problem is that, even I understand the major part of what is said in the video, I need the whole script to work on it. So I would really, really, really appreciate if someone was able to write me down all the report. It lasts 2'18, I know it's a bit of work so I thought that as a reward I could make a game artwork for the kind soul helping me. :D
Thank you RMN. :P
PS: I like my topic title even it's quite inappropriate. xD

This video is not available in your country.
That's the message I got. It sucks, I mean, I'd be willing to do it if I could see it.

Sasha Herriman: The first warnings came on the Internet; November 2007, a disseffected (?) Finnish student posted a graphic video on Youtube video entitled 'Yukula High School Massacre'. 18 year old Peka (idea how to spell his name) went on to murder eight people at his school. September 2008, Mati Sari, a 22 year old trainne chef, also from Finland posted a Youtube video of himself practicing a deranged 'you will die next'. The warnings ware explicit, but who was there to see them and act on what they saw?
Simon Halberstam: The user is responsible for actually posting the content and must comply with the guidelines, and it's the community of Youtube viewers who must notify them if there's a problem, so Youtube sits somewhere in the middle and doesn't take any active responsibility until it's notified
Sasha Herriman: And that means you. Youtube is quite clear; a video is posted, you can view that video, and if you find that offensive in any way, you can flag it up, and they'll remove it. And of course you can content the local police, on their website, they're quite clear, they say they monitor their content 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Finnish police say the public tipped them off Monday, after seeing these disturbing video clips, he was called in for questioning but not detained, the tradgedy was is that Mati Sari had not broken any laws, and there's no international legislation governing on what you post on video sharing websites. A day later the bloody rampage at Caljaki and many questions.
Simon Halberstam: The difficulty with the Internet is that it's a global phenomenon; and how can you impose a global legal structure, when all different countries involved in accessing the internet and using it have their own different legal systems which aren't computable with one another.
Stephen Carrick-Davies: This medium is changing all the time, and people are uploading millions of photographs and images, and videos almost every day. Now that is impossible to regulate, it's impossible for somebody to vote everything through, you just slow the system down. It relies on people complaining, it relies on people making complaints and reporting to the services.
Sasha Herriman: Reports say more than 10 hours of video content is uploaded every minute to sites like Myspace and Youtube. The best defense, experts say, is an alert and informed community of users. Sasha Herriman, CNN, London.
