One is Available and one is deleted...
I'm guessing due to how RMN works I need to live with this forever?

You can still edit the game page for it to remove the name though, or name it something starting with z so it shows at the bottom of the list.

I'd think a game that's denied would still be on that list. Wouldn't it? Like, in this specific case, the game would be flagged as "denied" (and have a reason for denial) rather than "deleted".

I'd say not to reuse it since some things on the site are run by date of being added to the site (New and Notable, for example, will only show new game pages - if your game is accepted and put in NandN a month after the game page was made, it'll fall down the list based on the date of creation, meaning that if other games made it on the list which had newly created game pages, even if they were accepted and added to the list before yours, yours would be below them and bumped off faster.)

When was the last time I had a game that was new and notable :)
I know when I released Demonic Tutor it was pretty popular.
(And was on new and notable / buzzing games for weeks.)
~This was a time before the crazy trend for games to have cartoon dogs play internet games on their cell phone.
Edit: I actually look forward now to seeing one of 2 games show up on the Highly Rated section. I think I have seen them both up there at once a couple times. I need to take a screen shot of that sometime.
