Save your file into you computer.
Then find your name at the top of RMN near the left.
Go to locker. You can put files in there.
You can then refer to those files in posts.
You can use Gimp, a free program to edit photos.
You can use Flaming Text to make the title words for your title screen.
MV uses a 816 x 624 Resolution, save title screen it titles1 folder.
I have a video tutorial on how to import stuff into RPG Maker VX Ace.
MV is very similar, except the sizes and resolutions are not the same.
