Legendaries in Pokemon battles at all, get on my nerves. It's like, "Dude. Can you not find any pokemon you like other than Zapdos to use? Don't be cheap."
Even if they're not ubers, and they are legit.. It's just silly.
Also, Empoleon, Lucario and Typhlosion are my sworn poke-nemeses.

Hell anything with a good physical moveset can kill Smeargles. They've got 35 base defense and 55 base HP. Their base speed isn't impressive either so a good physical sweeper will clean out smeargles without breaking a sweat except when the quick claw kicks in and sheer cold connects, and thats only if they don't open with Lock On.
(And yes Empoleon is the penguin)
Mine has over 600 speed and defense, dude. The eggs it make should hit around 700 in each.
Breed for EVs, at watch your stats skyrocket.
However, I hate it when you do all that work, and you get beat by someone with twice that through hacking. Ugh.

Don't you mean breed for IVs? And IVs are relatively insignificant anyway.
EVs are breeding independent.
And those Pokemon are on my blacklist because at some point, they have completely pwned my team alone. It's okay... I've gotten them and their owners all back by now. >=)

Bullshit. Nothing gets 600 speed/defense. Jolteon with its 130 base speed, 252 speed EVs, 31 speed EVs, and a beneficial sppeed nature doesn't even break 400 at level 100. The only thing that even gets close is Blissey's enormous HP.
You don't breed for EVs, you get those through fighting. You only breed for IVs which can only contribute 31 points to any stat and natures which give 10% of a stat.
If the hacker was changing their pokemon's stats, they'd do it with something that wasn't Smeargle with a legitimate moveset and they wouldn't mess around with one-hit KO moves with shit accuracy when they could give 999 attack and oneshot anything with a perfect accuracy move like Aerial Ace.

Your cartridge isn't bad. Its impossible to have a minor flaw that recalculates stats to rediculous proportions, plus it would fail the checksum and I believe the GBA hardware won't load in those scenarios.
Also that build would need to look out for anything with Sturdy since it only has one way to attack.

Chances are you're remembering wrong, Chaos.
And yeah, that Sabeleye wouldn't be invincible either, because of the Scrappy ability. I learned that the hard way.
Additionally, to have double team on the build is pointless, since pretty much nothing hits it anyway.

Drop Double Team :'( for Toxic then. (Although Aggron would still mess with it...)
I'm look directly at my screen, and it says "604" for my defense, and "612" for my speed.
...Now that I think of it, it could be that pkrus or whatever it is. Anyone I put in the same box as my Smeargle gains a similar acceleration to stats...

The PKRS doubles EVs you get from battle. It doesn't affect the number of EVs a pokemon can have (255 EVs in any stat, 4EVs->1stat point, total of 510 EVs allowed)

I would accept any and all challenges, but we don't have WiFi. And funny you should name Typlosion a rival of yours, as I love that firey ferret. However, I WILL DESTROY GARCHOMP! This mommy has a love for Wobbuffet and things round and cute, so be very careful.
To get back on topic, I'll tell you a pet peeve of mine...
You know when you're in the bathroom, doin' your buisness, and then you see the last person that was in there didn't put a new roll of TP within an arm's reach? My dad used to do that all the time and it bugs the shit out of me.
