SUPER MARIO BROS. X'S NEWEST CONTENDER, THE MEGA MAKER.

Corf: "Apparently Mega Maker has problems with collision detection. Either that or Metal Is Good didn't program theirs right."
Yeah, I had a problem with the platform type you see in the bottom-right there, where if I jumped straight up while it was rising with enough speed, I would clip into it and get pushed off the side rather than simply land back on top of it.
So the engine runs... not completely unplayable for me. It helps that Mega Man isn't really a game about speed. Though, some areas ran better than others. I'm guessing it depends on either the background type or the size of an unsegmented area.
I find it bizarre that there's only two bosses from each game, and that of all the bosses in MM4 to pick, they picked Toad Man. Not sure if it was purely for the weapon, or just to have a token "easy boss fight" among the selection. Though, since you're not limited to simple boss arenas, I wonder if it's possible to actually make him a challenge with the right platform/gimmick/enemy assistance.
I'm assuming they intend to keep adding content over time, until the inevitable C&D.
Anyways, I'll leave you guys with this :D

Though, the tutorial can not actually be finished. When you get to the Save part, you get an "Example levels cannot be saved" message and you're just stuck on that step.

author=Jeroen_SolI'd ban them purely for how obnoxiously loud their sound effect is.
I... would not be opposed to banning yoku blocks.
I just came here to post about this! Been having some fun, trying to make some very Mega Man-like levels. Here's the first one I've uploaded. Not sure why, but the volume ended up being SUPER LOW.
I've changed it a little bit since I recorded it, making it a little more user-friendly and fixing a few minor things. Level ID is 16391.

LockeZ
I'd really like to get rid of LockeZ. His play style is way too unpredictable. He's always like this too. If he ran a country, he'd just kill and imprison people at random until crime stopped.

"12 bosses to choose from"
So much effort put into this software and in the end it's completely worthless. Mega Man isn't about stages. It's about bosses. The boss editor needs to be at least as in-depth as the level editor.
If they had 6000 configurable options for bosses and 12 pre-built levels to choose from, I wouldn't even mind. But the other way around is like... why even make this?

Is there a choice to not have a boss? Mega Man Powered Up had this. When I think about it, it didn't make sense to include a boss when making a stage because everyone's bosses are the same. While I am kind of shocked to hear that this has only 12 bosses, maybe I shouldn't be, especially if they couldn't rip the bosses from the NES game source code and instead had to recreate them by hand. (But I dunno if that was actually the case) The logic works in reverse also: if you could only choose from 12 pre built levels, there would be no reason for users to bother including them in any bosses they upload.
Also it depends, maybe, on how the game deals with boss weapons from other games. By the sound of things, boss weaknesses are not user programmable, meaning they had to decide on that stuff themselves.

Nothing reveals Humanity so well as the games it plays. A game of betrayal, where the most suspicious person is brutally murdered? How savage.

Hrm. That is very much an issue indeed. I don't agree that Mega Man is only about bosses, but not being able to program your own boss is pretty stupid. I could understand if they had 12 example bosses and a boss editor, but just those example bosses and nothing else?

Yeah, that's an option.
Yeah, you can have a level end from hitting a goal checkpoint/pick-up like in Mario World's sunken ghost ship level (the level exit method that we've used a lot on RMN with Super Mario X).
I do have one major complaint, and it's not even about the gameplay or level making. I realized that you have to make a new account if you're on a different computer (which I am now) as opposed to being able to use the account you make the first time you run the game.
