Is there a script or something that allows me to customize my titles screen? I was wanting a couple options to look at achievements, endings and gallery for pictures showed during the game. Just extras. I've looked on google but all I can find is things for actual ingame menu.
I don't know of a script that adds those options, specifically, but, you might be able to add them yourself via an edit to Scene_Title and Window_TitleCommand.
Saying that, how is the data for achievements and the Gallery stored? Would it not be through the save-file, or is there another method?

For example when you do a certain thing on a game a steam achievement will be on your steam page. Depending on what achievements I put in the game and when they trigger it, when they go to this tab they can see all of them, and the blank spaces saying they haven't gotten the achievement in that post.
Same with the gallery, when they get a certain scene where it shows a photo in the game it will appear in your gallery so you can see it again whenever you want. Also a space for those that you haven't gotten yet.
So, how would I do this?

Make your own title screen.

Here's one of my games as an example.

And two more of my games to show just how eccentric you can go.

I keep forgetting about Mechamania's title screen. Which is awkward, since I helped work on it used a similar tactic to specifically skip having a title screen for Dumb Castle!
