Yukio lets out a "tsh" sound between his teeth, until Marla takes her new seat directly in front of him. As soon as she sits down he starts kicking her seat.
After a few kicks, Yukio leans forward with a devil's grin. "Want me to stop kicking? Nande? That means 'Why'. For you that means, 'why bother?' That's your new nickname, alien."
Leaning back with his arms behind his head again, Yukio loudly laughs, "Nande!"

Baka is staring at his desk, with a trembling mouth. Never in all his life had a girl so much as looked at him. He flashed back to Anthro Academy, where he was always alone. No one wanted to talk to him, let alone sit next to him. It was all too much.
While staring at his desk, he sees the bit of paper and unfolds it slowly. He sees a girl's phone number and trembles at the sight. Tears well up in his eyes. Why are they being so nice to him? Without looking up, and barely able to hear anyone over the ringing in his ears, Baka pulls out his flip phone and opens it. The mouse keychain was once a fuzzy little toy, but it had worn to down to the plastic. It was a very cute keychain.
Carefully, Baka begins to start adding the new contact.

Baka suddenly feels a hand on his back, through his jacket. The sudden sensation makes him drop his phone mid-typing, which causes everyone in the class to look up from their personal conversations to look at the new guy.
Baka stands up too quickly and knocks hard into his desk. Bruising his thigh, which causes him to trip and fall directly under Parmesan's desk. There, Baka gets a glimpse up Parmesan's skirt! Oh No!

Being so bored, Asudem slips into an easy slumber. The classroom fades from view, as does her lunch bag.
A candid hand from Rosa's direction snatches up Asudem's unguarded lunch bag. The crinkle noise the bag makes is too minimal to discern.

Asudem dreams away until she wants to wake up.

I was going to turn my gizmo into something for this episode, but I think I'll try using my smarts. Turn around and face him directly.

"You called me a frigid b-...well you weren't too happy?" In sultry, schoolgirl voice, say, "Well, I felt really bad about that. So, I've been thinking about that. You want to know what I've been thinking?"

Beside Yukio, Etsu can be seen watching this conversation with acute, silent vexation.

Baka meanwhile readjusts himself and scrambles back into his seat. Hammering away at his phone silently, before anything else happened.
Parmesan's phone buzzes an alert. It is a text message! "Thx" it reads.

Baka gulps Rosa's advances, slouches a little in his seat. Half-turning, he says, "No. I haven't had an orientation of the school yet. That is supposed to be after this class..."

Mr Duck Inavest sits up from his pretend nap, and sits on his desk in one swift motion. "Class, it seems like we're having a beach party tomorrow. Don't forget your swim trunks and bikinis!"
After an awkward moment, he looks at the clock and announces the end of home room. Everyone is to head to their next class.
The next classroom is in 6-Y, in 3 Turns. If you are late, you might get detention! It will take 1 successful Run attempts. If you have a vehicle, or skateboard, you can attempt a Drive Vehicle roll instead.
I wink at Yukio. "Well, I guess we'll talk about this later, Slugger." How can I properly humiliate Yukio when the bell is interrupting me?

Slipping a word in edgewise when students normally run for their lives, Marla managed to miss her cue. And spent the Turn gingerly gathering her things from Baka Gaijin's new seat, slipping by Yukio in a way that made his nose bleed, and Etsu's ears fume plumes of steam. When all her books were gathered, Marla ended up in the hallway.

In an attempted haste, Rosa accidentally drops the skateboard and has to chase after it. However, she does smoothly slip the Russian Doll lunchbox into her inventory without anyone noticing.
Rosa ends up in the hallway, which is now full of frantic students clamoring over one another. There is a range of vespas, scooters, skateboards, and all manners of transportation going on. As Rosa looks on at this, her classmate, Dill Picklo rockets through the doorway over her head, surrounded in an aura of angry yellow energy.
She can hear him yelling, "RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA---!" until he fades from view, probably getting to class in 1 Turn. Bastard.

Baka bulks at the sudden appearance of a giant dog in the window. The dog appears to sniff Baka for a moment.
Then with a tongue as long as the boy himself, licked Baka top to bottom through the window. Luckily Baka was still seated, so he wasn't too soaked after. Sheepishly, however, Baka joined Parmesan astride her majestic steed. He attempts vigorously to avoid contact as he sits behind her, and clings at Dominic's short fur.

Asudem snoozed away, while all the classmates exit stage right; except for Yukio and Etsu, who pause long enough for Yukio to stick a 'KICK ME' sign on Asudem's back.
Then when all were out, Mr Duck Inavest looks up from the papers he had begun to grade and noticed Asudem.
Before long, Mr Inavest thwacks the sleepy student across the back of the head with a long ruler.

I just realized that 2/3 successes is pretty dicey in Toon.
