People aren't allowed to have duplicate accounts on RMN, sorry. You'll have to stick with what you've got, I'm afraid.

Avoiding bans is also against the rules.
EDIT:
Unless by "lock out" you mean forgetting your password? I don't think the forums lock you out for inputting an incorrect password multiple times. Wouldn't know...
What a convenient security flaw. I believe it's pretty standard to lock an account after several failed password guesses.
