Huh! Good god!

(on a semi-serious note, what do you visit RMN for? what features do you use?)

They told me I was mad when I said I was going to create a spidertable. Who’s laughing now!!!

I like discussing game stuff, participating in some of the events, and posting dumb stuff in the statuses.

I've also used the resources area a few times. It's p. useful. But my main interest is the discussion.

The TM is for Totally Magical.

I have a number of games in my submissions list. Some completed, some only demos, some not even started. It's also a great place to meet people who enjoy games.
to rule over the masses
to play god...literally

For game pages, discussion, playing games, checking shit out and seeing what peeps are doing.
To be honest, if the site was just those things I might not bother visiting. There's a lot of sites that do that that I don't bother with. It's the community that keeps me here, not the site. the people.

This is true, yeah. Y'all my bros.
I use it as a hosting service for my 400 MB game and make no effort to contribute to the community. I like discovering new games that people are making, and giving/getting feedback on projects. It's also easy to follow games I'm interested in with the subscription tool.

Oh, yeah, no doubt that the community is awesome! Though, having a place to publish/host my games is a really huge perk too!
The game page feature is amazing, and has everything I could wish for.
The forums are pretty helpful when stuck on something, or for reading/discussing game design.

Is good file storage!
To see all the wonderful games on here (the good, the bad, and the ugly), to get help if I ever get stuck, and to showcase my own games so I can get criticism and to improve on that criticism.

It's better than twitter.
I wouldn't download an RM game from itch.
The community keeps me from leaving gammak and RM.
I like its personal dramas too.
Events are good.
Resources are good.
Gamepages are good.

Locker is the real deal.
Game pages to find stuff to play, mostly

edit: wait also to occasionally holler on the forums but it's not why I visit
I just look for opportunities to drop gifs on people

I'd really like to get rid of LockeZ. His play style is way too unpredictable. He's always like this too. If he ran a country, he'd just kill and imprison people at random until crime stopped.

I like the game design forums, when they're active. Every day is just me hoping that someone posts something interesting there to talk about, and hanging out in Welp until they do.

Getting a high post count so that I can brag that I'm among the top of the community I'd say it's mostly because I can host my projects here and take criticism so that I can better myself as a game dev. But the community is neat and it's nice to read interesting game dev articles on the forums. Also, the mafia are cool and other forum games that pop out here and there are also a fun experience.

It's a fun site to lurk on.
I feel like this site is the best when it comes to RPG Maker games. You may get more downloads on sites like GameJolt, but this site actually gives criticism to your games that isn't just a simple 5/5 rating system.
Also the community here, while has it's fair share of problems, is overall friendly to newer people. Also they finally realized that Discord is better than Slack.

always a dudesoft, never a soft dude.

Nah, Slack is better than Cord.
Regardless of what it is good for, I think it is truly a remarkably fascinating piece of technology.

(That I have yet to really make use of.)

Came here to learn about character development... but stayed to make friends, download games, and share my own.

... I still need to learn character development.
