Will all the rtps for all the Rpg Maker 2k to the newest version work in Windows 10? I just got me a new computer.
I think 2k should work. I use rm2k3 on a windows 10 computer, and it works fine.
I don't think there'd be too much difference between the two at least when it comes to graphics. I've also played rm2k games on the same computer without any problems.
VX Ace works as well. I haven't had any problems except for the one occasion when my computer folded on me.

If you're talking about the engines, proper, and not actually the resources associated with the various engines (not gonna be that guy), I'd be inclined to say that newer English releases of 2K/2K3 would work with Windows 10 better than the older illegal translations would.
Not sure about XP or VX.
I'm running a Windows 8 machine myself, and Ace works pretty well. I doubt Windows 10 would be much different?
I've heard of lag issues with PCs in general in regards to MV. Not sure if that's been sorted out yet, or not. I don't have it myself, so I can't really speak more of it.

I know there was some trouble with W10 mis-flagging up RTP packages as viruses back when it first launched but I'm pretty sure it's been resolved since then.
On topic, does anybody know if there are any compatibility woes with the old version of 2003? Specifically, 1.08?
The Steam versions of RPG Maker 2003/ 2000 work fine -- I highly recommend them. The illegal versions also work, but I'd say they are on their way out. Games made on the non-steam version (if they don't have patches) usually work fine once imported into the Steam version.

The only issue I have is it taking several seconds to switch to full-screen mode, whereas it used to be instant on older Windows versions.
The same goes for RM2K on my Windows 10.
The RPG Maker 2X released on steam will work on Windows 10, the original versions would need to set compatibility to XP SP1 (surprisingly doesn't work at least for me with Win7SP1)
There was some glitch errors, and actually loading the game took time for some reason... but they worked.

You can buy the Steam version of RPG Maker 2003 and I can assure you that it will work fine. Also, if you do not want to spend money, you can download the jailbroken version. But there is also the possibility of another error, because as I understand you have a bad version of Windows and you should reinstall Windows. For example, my friend, just like you, faced the same problem, but he mistakenly installed Windows 10 Pro N, and the problem is that there was no audio player in his assembly, which significantly deteriorated his gameplay. If you don't know which version to download, then you should take a look at https://techplugged.com/what-is-the-windows-10-pro-n-edition/
