[RM2K] DOES ANYBODY HAVE SOME OF THE DON MIGUEL FILES FROM THE OLD RUSSIAN-TRANSLATED RM2K?

Back before there was an official English RPG Maker, Don Miguel distributed an illegal copy of RPG Maker 2000. He also added a few more files that made up this version. Everybody used this version to make their games.

Since then RM2K has been officially released and we can use it to go back and play those old games! Great, right? Except, the official release doesn't include any of Don Miguel's additional files. Without these files, I can't go back and play most games, including A Blurred Line. Does anybody have the following files or know where I can find them?
