[REQUEST] [MV] [PAID] [DEVELOPER] REQUIRE DEVELOPER TO CREATE A FANTASY LEARNING GAME FOR SCHOOL STUDENTS

I am as a teacher wanting to make learning more immersive. I am creating a Fantasy Learning Website for students to show their learning progress and earn gold. I have also created the outline of a story for the fantasy learning website (and proposed game) - see here.
AIM:
For somebody to develop a fantasy game which works around the above story. Students will play the game like a normal game, but learn school subject topics through NPCs and links/embedded youtube clips.
During battles (ABS) I wish it to be interrupted by multiple choice questions and perhaps free text questions which then affect your health.
Paid work. Students 11-16
MORE DETAILS:
- Precise details about what you're looking for in people - what type of skills (mappers, writers, animators, musicians, etc); I am looking for an all round developer (mapper, animator, script)
the skill level (beginner, advanced, professional); Anyone who has completed a project before and can show me
what you're looking to get out of them (a few sprites, 20 maps, an estimate of songs); A full game - which can have add-ons later on
the estimated amount/length of work (a few weeks, a couple of months, a year, until end of development); On going work where we can make different versions as we need to cover a lot of school content.

I am tentatively interested in this but I need some questions answered first. Because in the balance of things I probably won't wind up taking on the commission, I'll ask the questions out in public so everyone considering this can see the answers, rather than by PM:
- What are you paying? Doesn't need to be an exact figure, just ballpark it.
- What is the time-frame/deadline? For instance, I think I'm probably not available until the end of September, and if I were to start then, the game wouldn't be done until November at the earliest. Of course, these factors are somewhat flexible based on the answer to the first bullet point.
- How much are you paying up front? I wouldn't do this for someone I hadn't worked with before without between 10% and 50% up-front, depending on what the pay is.
- Why does it need to be made in MV? Not a problem at all, just curious.
- Why does it need an ABS? Again, not at all a problem, just curious.
- Finally and most importantly, what are the questions, and the educational aspect in general, about? In other words, what is the subject of the class?
