Just saw this today and it was pretty awesome. The fighting and chase scenes were great.
They were good, but the camera way too shaky.

this was such a bad movie, the last was ok becasue they restarted the series and he was a n00b 007 but in this one he is fully trained but with no gadgets or anything, and he's all depressed about the chick in the last movie, yet he gets with two women in this one...

If your looking for a great Bond movie you may be dissapointed, he doesn't even say the traditional bond phrase:
"My name is Bond, James Bond"
This is also mostly like a real sequel meaning it doesn't just throw the other movies out the windows like previous Bond films had always done, usually since the old Bond films never really finished with any loose ends and had them all tied up. Casino Royale left us with loose ends, so this is most likely a direct sequel. Though it involes stopping and entirely new one villain all together. Also he he doesn't get with the main Bond girl which I hated about. But like I said a if your looking for a Bond flick, you may be dissapointed. But if you want to see a good action movie then this is definatley a must see.
Also he trashed a Rolls Royce, man I wanted to cry.

I thought it was good. Not as good as Casino Royal, but still better than most of the recent ones.
