It will be unplayable BECAUSE it'll have a worthless story. It has a high chance of being badly written particularly because no one with any writing skill or talent for words would waste their time putting those characters into the same worlds together, much less put them in the same GAME together.Games made only for the sake of displaying one's fandoms often have no coherent plot, lame characterizations, and let's not mince words; they SUCK.
Asalieri, as much as your incredible harshness is a heady, refreshing, bitter draft to me, I have to disagree with some of your statements. Not all fan fiction is bad. Is it a waste of talent? Yes. But my girlfriend prefers to write exclusively in other peoples' established worlds using other peoples' established characters and is a better writer than 98% of the people I have met (or read).
That is not to say that I think this FAN GAME OF EVERYTHING idea is a good one or a new one. But you can't judge lifelessangel based on execution because you haven't seen his (her?) execution and it's not fair to say "This sucks because you'd do a shitty job of it because anyone who would have this idea would do a shitty job of it because this idea sucks." because if you cut out all the malarky all you're really saying is "This sucks because this sucks!".
That said, I am not defending this idea at all, just taking issue with your logic.

One question?
Are you doing this because you seriously have a game idea....
Or you just want to show your fandom and make a game with all of
your favorite video game characters?
I like Cid (ff7,Kingdom Hearts) as much as the next
guy but I would only put him in the game if he had no importance
or A lot of importance to the game.
Kingdom hearts storyline only involves Mickey Donald and Goofy.
The other character were there for level purposes only. (Not story)

Ah, Max... that is why I chose my words carefully; I didn't imply HE'd suck at writing such a game, I made sure to let him know, however, that most if not all games that have had such a premise have indeed sucked, and as such, it may not be a good idea to finish that thought!
As for fanfiction, I think if you've got the talent to write about other people's characters, you should really think up your own worlds and characters and let your true talents shine. Otherwise, it's a waste and a shame, and you're just selling yourself short. (basically you're saying "I can't make something better than the established media, so I won't try to")
I don't particularly CARE for fanfiction, myself.

You keep saying that it will suck and have no evidence at all that it will. Also, you're saying that i'm wasting my time because I have written a story, that despite being completely against your logic, might actually work?
Meavor: I'm not just throwing characters in because I like them, Cid has a pretty big importance in this story. By the end of part 2 there are at least 10 orginal characters. It's based alot around the main character. The main character is the darkside of te other main character and is throw in the role of the hero despite being known as a god of dark. He changes alot throughout the story and is very different at the end.

Had they removed all of the Disney and Final Fantasy, and replaced them with original characters and settings, and it would have been phenomenal, imo.

Evidence is something you provide retroactively as proof of something happening.
What I DO provide, is insight and the experience of knowing what happens when people mix their fandoms and decide to make a game about said fandoms. Let's make sure to add the fact that people who can't spell the word "Character" don't exactly fill me with confidence, either.
I may sound harsh, but in the end it's better to reflect on whether something truly is a good idea and think it over, than add to the increasingly long list of game clones that populate the world of RM because yet ANOTHER person wanted to let the world know how much they love Final Fantasy.

but let's face it, that sounds like the worst possible Zelda game EVER.(I.e. Faces of Evil.Lol)

they were not actually needed in the main storyline, and If I had made the game
I would not have FF or disney except for the Sephiroth cameo battle.
As a KH fan I like your Idea but as an overall game fan It sounds like another
Fangame (Refer to the phrase above)
And with that I say Goodbye Stranger.

yeah id agree with the few here and say that pro ripping isn't really good times, KH was good becasue it focused on an outside character within familiar worlds and characters. As much as i love IX id still encourage you to start an original story, as a writer it would give you alot of practice in terms of games design.
