[RMMV] NEEDING HELP DECIDING FIRST GAME PROJECT

So, I'm new to the RPG Maker community. I've been playing the games for a while and recently bought MV for myself. I have at least 10 different ideas for games, some based on stories I've been working on for years.
I really have no clue which one I want to do. Some of my ideas are for fan games, some original, some big, some small. But I have no idea where to start.
Any advice would be much appreciated.

I'd personally go with whatever you feel you are most driven to create!

When it comes to first games, I'd generally start small, as you can get a feel for making a game and not have to stress as much with a long project, which could take years.

As for the fan game versus original, which one excites you more? If neither jump out to you, they both have advantages and disadvantages. Fan games have an audience already baked in, of course, and can get noticed and get popular quickly if they're well done, but there are also weirdos (like me >.> XD) who would rather play original works.
Start with the smallest idea since thatll give you a chance to learn the software without having to make something huge. Generally the better your skills get over time the bigger the projects you will be able to comfortably tackle.

That.
Just don't start with your favorite idea because you're very likely to have 100000 extra ideas while making the game and just drop your current project and start something new. Happens all the time.
But if you don't want to enter the start game -> get new ideas -> drop it and start another cycle, definitely go for something small and create the habit of finishing stuff, even knowing you could have done better or that you wanted to create something different.

Combine all the ideas into 1 crazy game.

I would start with a small idea, which is also a simple one and doesn't require many plug-ins. For example I wouldn't toy with custom battle systems or menus. You can learn that later. You can go for custom resources as they might make you more motivated to finish the project. It's likely that you'll learn a lot while working on it and on whether your ideas are actually good.
So, if there's an idea for a simple linear dungeon crawler or a narrative driven experience, go with that.

They told me I was mad when I said I was going to create a spidertable. Who’s laughing now!!!

Start with a small dumb game you don't really care much about and can finish in a few days. Or hours. Hours is also good.

Continue with those until you're pretty experienced. THEN you can consider the ideas that're important to you.
I really appreciate all of this advice. I think I want to start out with something more medium sized, fan game based off something I know well enough. My favorite film of all time is Army of Darkness so I want to make something based around Ash Williams.
