ClosePixel Game Maker is taboo. It is strictly forbidden to even talk about it. And now that you mentioned it, dementors and other pop culture fiends will be sent to your house.
I remember trying it during the free week, and I had only tinkered with it for maybe fifteen minutes and was sold on getting it.
I just have to wait for a hefty discount first.

I think once folks see what I'm making, they'll feel differently about the software.
Even I had a lot of hatred for it till I used it.
It went on sell for 63$ so I bought it.. to me personally that's a better deal than GMS, cause if you wanna release something commercial, you gotta pay them several hundred dollars to get a specific add on that allows for exporting the game to what ever platform you want to release your game on.

What are you even talking about? Pixel Maker MV can't even export to any of the platforms GMS has addons for.

Does not mean it won't.
As Kory stated, it's still early access.
And tight now it does not need the ability to export to ANY platform until bugs are worked out, and the software is more complete.

So we're back to square one with the "It'll be better later" promises. What an investment, what a steal, it's practically daylight robbery guys! Also I'm feeling a strong sense of this.
