WHAT ARE YOUR BLACK FRIDAY PLANS?

Do you plan your Black Friday with the precision of a military unit?

Do you and your family fan out across Wal-Mart in color-coordinated sweats, walkie talkies in hand, to find the best deals on the day after Thanksgiving? Is Black Friday - the opening of the holiday shopping season - an annual event at your house that requires scouring ads, planning ahead and coordination?

In this economic climate, things may get even crazier than normal, so be prepared!
I stole this wonderful List for the best Black friday sales from my friend, you can create your own shopping list also.
Hehe...
What are your Black Friday plans?

Okay, I've been thinking about saying this for a while, but...

Looking carefully over your entire posting history, juliwats119, I am 90% sure you are one of those weird "mole trolls" that are paid by corporations to join websites to make posts that promote/gather intel/harvest data for obscure and largely arcane reasons related to marketing and advertising. Alternatively, you might simply be some kind of incredibly advancted bot :P.

Now, I know it is rude to accuse a person of being a glorified piece of malware, so let me say...if you genuinely are not, juliwats119, I do not mean to offend you at all or start any kind of flame war. If you are, though you should come clean, and tell me where I can get a job doing what you're doing. :P

But I am PRETTY GODDAMN SURE you are some kind of corporate spy drone. Anyone who thinks I'm being ridiculous/paranoid/absurd please look over all of juliwats119's posting history (all 12 posts of it) before cementing your opinion.
Maybe.... some of her posts were direct replies to decidedly uncommercial threads.

ON TOPIC:
Black Friday - is that when the stock, housing and financial market crashed a few weeks ago? ;D

P.S. Thanksgiving happened back in October, people!

Actually, I read that they train their viral marketing agents to do this and if you notice all of her replies were sort of decidedly neutral. Furthermore, her introductory topic is suspiciously blank...
Yes, I think she is one. Its the taletell signs of one. I have had trouble with such on forums I've run in the past, and this does have a pretty large number of users, so one had to be attracted eventually.
Lol, YES! We are finally popular enough!

Seriously though, thanksgiving in Canada is on a completely different day, and I have never heard of black friday...
Its the Friday right after Thanksgiving known to have lots of crazy sales so crazy it becomes super serious business to shoppers. It's America's Boxing Day sale except its before Christmas.
Germany doesn't celebrate Thanksgiving, that's a holiday this part of the world just doesn't do. *shrug* When it used to mean automatic yearly family reunions, it was a great thing as a kid... but now? I don't really care for it anymore.

Since there is no Thanksgiving, there is no Black Friday. I don't really Christmas shop much because I don't work, and I couldn't give a surprise to anyone without borrowing money from someone else that I'd probably be buying for anyway. Christmas, I'll probably be cooking and that'll be my present to everyone. <3
