I don't think I've seen alot of this, even though I know plenty of us are gourmets and recipe makers. Come to this thread, share your favorite food, or something you've made yourself. I can start it off, with my world famous™️ tortilla.

EDIT: Silly me, forgot to mention it's contents. I forgot what was in this one, but it's usually either steak or chicken, with cheese, either italian blends or cheddar, caramelized onions, and chopped peppers. Sometimes I'll use tomato flour wraps instead of white plain ones.

Been teaching myself how to cook the past couple years. I'm not too shabby at it. To this day though I am bad at flipping an omelette.
Among stuff I've cooked over the past year or so, I've made the following. Let's see... macaroni and cheese, beef stew, fried rice, Buffalo wing dip, pepper steak with onion, butter chicken, cola brownies, souvlaki, kebabs, breakfast casserole, tuna casserole, a poor (wo)man's carnitas, homemade pizza (though the crust wasn't great), beef-and-lentil stew, pork with garlic sauce, and most recently Irish stew.
Below are my top three things I've cooked in recent times.
Beef kebab with bell peppers and onions. They're on a bed ofinstant wild rice store-bought risotto now that I see the image, with a Mediterranean white garlic sauce. I'm finding shallots are handy for meals, compared to buying a whole onion and being at risk to waste a lot of it.
Pork with garlic sauce, atop fried rice I made. Used flour instead of cornstarch, which turned the sauce into more of a gravy. I think I put too much soy sauce into it but hey, I don't mind the sodium. ;)
Lastly the Irish stew, made yesterday for Saint Patrick's Day. Beef, red potatoes, shallot, beer, chicken stock, flour, EVOO (extra-virgin olive oil) and some Worchestershire sauce. My word, I enjoyed this.

AtiyaTheSeeker: Oh wow, those look so delicious!! You're making me hungry now :p I wish I could cook as well as you do and that I wasn't so lazy XD *buys store-bought or microwave things almost all the time*
Yomi-Chan: Thanks for starting this thread! It brought me happiness today to see all of this delicious-looking food! I hope more people post their food here.

Kiyasu, it's all good! I'm glad you like what I've made.
I like all sorts of food, and some stuff I replicate isn't available locally for me at restaurants. Shucks, there's also times where I need to conserve regular money, but still have EBT left for the month. There's plenty of times where I'll just grab fast food or 7-Eleven tidbits, especially when I'm too lazy to cook or am too upset to.
Cooking itself isn't too difficult for me. It's just involved. There's plenty of recipes online, let alone googling different ingredients if they call for weird or hard-to-find stuff. Sometimes I just cobble a couple recipes together! And I intend to be the weird aunt who brings dishes to family outings. Well, when I go to them, anyway.

Ahh, this is a good topic idea!! I've been getting really into cooking recently, too...
The tortilla and beef kebob look incredible ;__; Seeing gorgeous pictures of food just makes me want to cook more :D
Kabayaki (battered fish on rice). I watched an anime about Japanese cooking ("Isekai Izakaya"), and at the end of every episode they teach you how to make a new dish, so I got inspired to try a couple..! The fish is cooked in sake and mirin, which gives it a nice bite~ You can eat the skin, too!
Karaage (twice-fried chicken). I got the idea from that same anime. It gets a really good crunch and goes great with savory mayo. Deep-frying is really intimidating, but not too hard when you get used to it. People REALLY like this one :D

Saghert & cream! A fantasy dish from Fire Emblem: Three Houses. It's my girlfriend's favorite game, so I made it for Valentine's Day <3 I mixed together a few different recipes to make it... It's basically a fancy peach cobbler, topped with apple-sugar cream and macerated blueberries. I made it all with brown sugar, and it's also dairy-free!

Your tortilla looks the same as Russian pies. I tried them four years ago when I visited Moscow. Such nostalgia overwhelmed me now!
The perfect alternative for Russian pies would be pecan pie bars- a traditional dessert in the USA with nuts and honey. The taste is more or less the same, but the processes of cooking are completely different.
