Yeah. Many of the games were similar to other games such as online rpg's. The game "Fable Quest" that he created was similar to the online rpg "Adventure Quest". Another game was "Animal Crossing", and what he wrote in his description sounded like the game that's out now on the Playstation 2. This shows that he wasn't a very creative guy.
The Animal Crossing game was a fangame to Animal Crossing for Nintendo GameCube.

Besides, what kind of retarded name is shadowcorporation?
I was scared for a minute. I'm sixteen in November and thought this woulda been the thread to tell me to GTFO.

Shadow Corp. was okay, but I gave them SOME credit....
I knew he was young the moment I tried gis Zelda game. I said it was good, and regarding the fact that he is 11, it was okay. But honestly, it did nothing more than spark the idea to make my Zelda idea on RMXP, so I was sure to tell them that!
Still, I think it is a good idea for a temporary ban. I never considered the fact that some stuff would be too inappropriate for them at age 11, but when I tried their game, I wasn't even a member on the site.
In truth, I was also afraid that this would end my posting on this site before I really got started! I am only 16, and will be 17 this November. 13 seems like a readonable limit, based on what I've seen on this site!

So in conclusion, people can join RMN if they lie about their age. Hell, I could be shadowcorporation for all you know.
Yeah that's right I changed my IP and somehow learnt to code in RGSS. FEAR ME.
p.s. please don't ban me again or I'm telling mom

You've done the right thing by turning yourself in. This will make things easier for all parties involved.
In all seriousness, yeah, it's possible to lie about your age, but, chances are, those people young enough to do so will be obvious through other methods. shadowcorp, for instance, was caught three seperate times, even when he knew. Using anything else than the honor system would require methods far more stringent than a rpgmaker community really needs.
LET ME SEE YOUR HIGH SCHOOL IDS.

I don't have a high school ID but I will be glad to show you naked pictures of myself wearing a silly mask, instead.
After seeing the nude pictures, I would probably still have to ban you for being under the age of 13.

Nah. That's just how little kids roll. I wrote this one story when I was 12, and it was pretty much one big ripoff of every RPG I was a fan of at the time. I remember stealing ideas from Lufia 2, Seiken Densetsu 3, Final Fantasy 5, Final Fantasy 4, Phantasy Star 4, and Final Fantasy 7 in one paragraph alone.
I was like that back in the day. All my work until the mid-1990s was a ripoff of several different RPGs and games. My first semi-serious RPG used characters from Zelda, Mario, and Sonic. That stopped for the second one, as I introduced some of my own (and even my sister's) characters.
After that, my works were ripping off maybe one or two games. Dragon Kingdoms started out as a rip of Final Fantasy and Dragon Quest- it was almost called Dragon Fantasy, but that was taken. Dragon Kingdoms started to get its own character around its fourth installment.

For some reason I always compare your series to the game Ruby Weapon made, and I'm not sure why. I forget what his game was called, and I'm not going to see if the internet can help me.
