WHAT VIDEOGAMES ARE YOU PLAYING RIGHT NOW?

Many people have had problems with the ME3 endings. Apparently they're all the same. Like, completely. Won't stop me from buying it though, it is the journey that matters more than the end.

Got an old-school itch again, playing Might and Magic 3 : Isles of Terra. Again, but this time I actually know what I am doing (a bit), and I am keeping notes of all the various things I encounter. Last time I was totally lost, but this time, I am having a BLAST (from the past... haha).
There's a lot of riddles and passwords the game throws at you, but the Auto Notes feature only remembers so much for you. Not that I'm playing that game right now, but I do understand where you're coming from!

"A lot" isnt the right way to say it :D There are so many various clues, hints, passwords and riddles hidden throughout the game, that I need to keep a journal in Excel, with keywords for portals, locations of dungeons etc etc.
Hit quite a few dungeons where I do fine for a while, but then I encounter some kind of badass monster that I cant even hit, and it wipes the floor with me. Makes exploring so much fun imho, I can go elsewhere (ton of places to go), level up, get better spells/equip, come back and get revenge :D
Non-linear gameplay can be so much fun.
Also just played a handful of SC2 games with my friend, we got to Platinum 2v2, and I even beat him once during 1v1 (he is much better at strategy games than me, so that felt good :D)
Well, I've been playing Final Fantasy VI a little. I still have yet to beat it. Level grinding before the final area, since many of my characters are under leveled.
Mainly though, I've been playing Fallout New Vegas. Got it the weekend before last. While it's pretty damn similar to Fallout 3, it's different enough that I'm enjoying it. Fun stuff.

FFXII is proving to be a bit of a grindfest, so I've put it on hold for now and am moving on to X-2 in the meantime. One hour into the game and I'm already enjoying it 100x more. Can see why Craze likes it so much.
I stayed up until 4am playing this yesterday:
and now it's 9am/10am (bloody summer time) and I can't wait to get on with it! So I guess this game really is... uhm... It's okay. It's pretty fun. I haven't played a whole lot of stealth based games and those I have played haven't been that great oftentimes.
But for some reason this one really clicks.
I played MGS on the gamecube and this game is like that except the stealth is good and the bosses aren't as many. (the bosses still suck though)
Of course stealth doesn't always work out :)

Ive got Human Revolution too, somewhat enjoyable, but I lost interest after finding out how incredibly STUPID the AI is.
example:
Trying to get through the police station early in the game, I sneak through the vents. Somebody spots me, so I stun him and drag him into the vents, thinking how clever that is.
Then more people spot me, start shooting at me, so I run into the vent, wait a minute, and suddenly they are all like "Oh, well I guess hes gone"
15 minutes later, the vents are FILLED with stunned cops, and I am out of patience, I simply go, kill everyone in the station, do what I came to do in the morgue, and leave.
No consequences whatsoever, cops on the street are like *Hello, no we dont need to worry about the fact that the whole police force was mercilessly slaughtered by the man who works across the street*
Not even a word from the quest-giver about my methods, nothing.
Plus the forced boss fights.

FFX-2 is a fantastic game post chapter 2 both story and gameplay wise.
Prior to that the gameplay is the saving grace :o
Anyway, currently running through Jak & Daxter HD Collection. Precursor Legacy is done, just missing all of the orbs to get the last gold and platinum trophies for it, and I've started Jak 2 (got the Morph Gun, about to do the mission with Sig at the pumping station).

Have you ever played a game where the AI did NOT do this? I just sort of expect it from games. It's one of those sacrifices games make in order to be playable.

I know its normal in this type of games, it just makes me sad when it doesnt really matter if I sneak through the whole thing or just kill all who oppose me, without any consequences whatsoever. Namely with the police station, I would expect murdering all the cops in the district would make the world "react" somehow, I dont know. Maybe I should role-play a good guy, instead of just doing what is most efficient and painless (painless for me that is).
Sneak games probably arent my cup of tea :)
On the other hand, slaying hundreds of orcs in Orcs Must Die is totally my cup of tea.

The gameplay really *is* something else, but I'm also liking the laid-back nature of the game. Makes for a nice change. Also I thought lack of Nobuo would *hurt* but the soundtrack's still incredibly funky.

I'm now playing Ys- The Oath in Felghana eng translation.
Welcome to Heaven :)
Have you played the SNES version, Wanderers from Ys?
I beat King's Field yesterday, known as the spiritual father of Demon's Souls. It isn't impressive by today's standards but it constantly kept me in fear of dying.
