[WOLF RPG EDITOR] ANY WAY TO HEAL A HERO UPON LEVELING UP?

I’ve scoured the internet for a solution to this issue, but since the program has a small user base, it’s hard to find almost anything about it. I’ve looked through the manual multiple times to see if there was anything I missed and… nope! I’ve tried going through multiple common events to see if that would work… nope! I’ve made my own common events to see if that worked… nope! Everything I do results in failure. I feel like I’m so close, and that I’m missing something obvious, yet I just can’t figure it out. Any help?
I know in RPG Maker MV and MZ there are multiple ways to accomplish this.
In MV there are two plugins for this, Fallen Angel Olivia's "Anti Stress" plugin which has the feature easily built in and HimeWork's "level up events" plugin where you can set up one or multiple comment events to play when you level up. In MZ visustella's core engine comes packaged with Fallen Angel Olivia's anti stress features and you can use Fossil MZ to use MV plugins in MZ as well. Tho the original files/upload for fossil have been lost. You can find a repost of the newest version on RPG Maker Web if you have an account there, as you can't download stuff from that site without one.
But in whatever "Wolf RPG Editor" is? I have no idea and I don't think that's possible especially if there's no scripting capabilities.
