VIDEO GAME PURCHASES
Posts
Got a new PS2, it was $70 including Max Payne (which I already own for the X-Box), The DaVinci Code (will never touch ever), SOCOM (which I might pick up if I'm with friends or something), and one of the Rachet and Clank sequels (which I'll play if I'm in the mood for a platformer).
I bought 7th Dragon. I don't know why this bugs me, but walking is tile based or whatever, so if you hit any directional button, you walk one full tile over. I always liked feeling there wasn't any walking from tile to tile.
Does that make sense? Maybe not.

I bought Resident Evil 5 for my PS3 plus a copy of Metal Gear Solid Portable Ops for my PSP yesterday. I've been playing RES5 and I am up to the third act. Great game so far, almost as good as RE4. I haven't played the MGS game yet, but I know that I'll love it once I do as I'm a huge MGS fan.
Recharge your beam katana much?
EDIT: Have you made it to Destroyman yet?

Killer 7 (PS2, is there any major difference between this and the GC version?) and Fatal Frame II: Crimson Butterfly (XBOX) for about $17-ish.

Just beat Shinobu. God, I hate that fight.
So Destroyman is next. You WILL enjoy that fight, believe me.
DESTROOOOOOOY BUSTER!
DESTROOOOOOOY BUSTER!
Just got Suikoden Tierkreis. I hope that it gets better. So far, the dialogue is pretty bad and made worse by the awful, awful voice acting. I'm wondering if they were running out of space on the cart, maybe. For some reason, the hero feels the need to say every single line at double the natural speed. "ComeonhurryupI'mboredletsgohaha"
That said, Suikoden II was fantastic and the dialogue there wasn't exactly perfect!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So maybe it will improve..............

I just bought a PS2 with 2 controllers and memory card, FFX, Mortal Combat V, Medal of Honour: something-or-rather, a racing game and GT for...
wait for it
$AU25.
All in perfect order (I know because I had to test it all ^.^)
Score!

lesse... I just bought Quest 64 and Hybrid Heaven.
Never played Hybrid heaven before, but quest 64 was an old favourite of mine. I still had a save for it on my controller pak. I erased it, though, even tough i was at the end - i spread all my spirits evenly and was totally outmached...
i was wondering why my physical attacks were doing better than my magic attacks :P

It's most likely one of top five games on the Wii. Letz Shake is the hardest boss! :)
Bad Girl gave me the most trouble out of all of them.
Persona 4's in my PS2 atm. I hardly got any console RPGs but this is probably of the best ones I have.
