My games have Linux and Windows builds available for download. All of them, except one, have both builds in a single zip archive. Rome Protector is my only game where the Linux build and Windows build are in separated archives (so the Windows archive could fit into 1.44 BM for an event).

What do you think is the most convenient ?
A single archive containing the 2 builds ?
2 separated archives containing 1 build each ?
It's unlikely that a person will need both. One half of the data will not be used. Not that it's very much space, anyway.

Putting them both in the same archive makes the game itself easier to find and play for everyone, so maybe that's best. If they were in separate folders inside the archive, the person could extract only the relevant one.
I will say, definitely having them separate is better in general. No need to have duplicate data and whatnot.

However due to how RMN manages downloads, having only one "main download" I can see how this can be bothersome. The main download for example can't change based on the OS you're running. You'll probably end up having the Windows download set as main, and Linux/Mac/etc users will have to look up their platform of choice in the downloads section, if any.

I can also see having one single download be fine for a game where you can just have both executables in the same folder and then 99% of the rest of files are exactly the same, which is the case for most RM games. And say, having an extra of 10Mb for the EasyRPG Linux player isn't that big of a deal these days.
