I did get a lot done, though! Hopefully other folks were somewhat productive so I can stop being the only person who posts in the screenshot survival thread and the watchu working on threads.
I did literally nothing to help bring the site back, so I'll opt out of the credit for any of that. I just stole the moon apparently, that was f**kin' weird!
Got word from Remi an hour ago. Woof. And I almost 'archived' (aka copied all relevant resources/code) as I copied a few other known sites. Heh, beats having to visit the Internet Archive time and time again.
And I got a bit to do as well. Beta testing Remi's game for bugs and stuff.

I'm really glad you didn't end up wasting what would have been probably weeks archiving all the resources in this place when it might have all been for moot point.
That said, the site's survival going forward isn't what I would call guaranteed, either. Especially since despite affectionately referring to it as their sister site, the last titan doesn't seem very interested in propping up its fallen or falling siblings.
When RMC died, they watched it happen with no care despite regarding it as their 'sister site'.
Worst sibling. Cut the cord, I say! Though that might have happened, already.
Maybe I'm wrong though, perhaps one of the people from RMW pitched in to try and help get this place back up on its feet? I sincerely doubt it since they can barely keep their own site online these days despite it having a pittance of the activity they did back in its zenith-- but I'd feel very silly if I were wrong and RMW did lift a finger to do something outside of their narrow-minded self-serving ends for a change.

Chill on the RMW hate, please. They're still pals and supportive, but it's not like they've ever had much to do with us or us with them when it comes to running things. We didn't reach out for help beyond keeping them abreast of what was going on and never expected more than the support they did give. We do not stan hate amongst the community as a whole and do not want people to drum up some imaginary conflict between sites that has never and will never exist.

I had to make a rule for myself that I would only start new projects while i was waiting on my employees to help me finish current projects that I'd otherwise done all my work on. This is how Junked and Flight both came into existence. They were mid-development rebounds so I had game-dev to do that wouldn't jeapoardize work post-production.
Hilariously, Flight kinda just made Fantasia's combat feel awful so now I had the bright idea of recoding every bullethell boss battle in the game (of which there are over 30 at this point) to utilize the FLIGHT tech and expand on it.
Yes, this was a smart decision. But no, it has not been quick!
