IN THIS TOPIC I BRIEFLY COMMENT ON EVERY VIDEO GAME I'VE EVER PLAYED.

Sonic 3D Blast
Sega Genesis, Sega Saturn

Had excellent music but the Genesis version sucked. Accidentally deleted this comment, don't feel like posting it again. Overall sub par Sonic entry, with the exception of the DC ones marked the beginning of the end.

I am playing Fallout 3 right now and it is pretty awesome.
Also I did not like Sonic 3D Blast, I thought it was pretty terrible! But then again, I have never really been much of a Sonic person. (Mario!)

MDK
Playstation, PC

I remember MDK. It's by Shiny, you know, the guys who made Earthworm Jim, Wild 9, and all that good shit. As a kid I rented this game and I had a lot of fun with it, it's really quirky, yet has a sleek, dark atmosphere to it. I liked how the main character had that helmet that also served as a sniper rifle, and the atmospheric reentry parts of the game (freefalling through hundreds of feet from the sky) were excellent as well. This game was very weird but it was very fun as well, and I wish that more modern games had the same feel and personality.

Marvel vs. Capcom 2
Various, Dreamcast one the best

WITH BONUS PICTURE AND YES THIS IS REAL

This game is one of the best fighting games on the planet, period. There is no debating this. Words cannot express how much I love this game. Is it the fact that it has a TON of characters, both well known (Ryu, Ken, Wolverine, Magneto) and obscure (Jin, BB Hood, Marrow, Silver Samurai) from both the Capcom and DC franchises? Is it the fact that it manages to have all of the serious play, tournament qualities, yet still able to be a fun pick up and play game? I don't know, but all I know that it's fun as shit.
HOWEVER, it's also rare as shit, and some console versions the game sells for like 200 bucks. The good news is that the Dreamcast version is by far the best version the most faithful to the arcade version, and furthermore, Dreamcast games are as easy to pirate as burning the game to the disk. So yeah.

This game is rare?! Holy crap. I picked it up in the used game bargain bin at my local video store for $6. I should sell it. (XBOX)

Again, I couldn't afford to buy MvsC2 but I got SNK vs Capcom: Mark of the Millenium. Not as great but it's more than what I hoped for.

MURDER DEATH KILL
MURDER DEATH KILL
MDK was an awesome game. So was Klax. You are reviewing some of my childhood favorites.

But it means Max, Dr. Fluke Hawkins, Kurt. >:(
I had better see Chrono Trigger reviewed in this thread, Feld, or else that would mean there's one more game you must play.
Alundra
Playstation

I mentioned Alundra in another topic before so I thought it would be fair to have some words about this game. This is one of those games that you play and you wonder why it isn't more popular because this game is good. It's an action RPG and the gameplay is reminiscent of Zelda, puzzles, collecting Life Gems, etc, but personally, I think this is one of those games that is on equal stands and might be outright better than Zelda. It's just so well done, the graphics are beautiful, the music is well done, and the story is really well paced, dark, and engrossing. Seriously, this game is about the struggles the characters go through and you'll be more than willing to get through the ball bustingly hard puzzles to see what happens next. With that said I never beat the game.
Also stay away from Alundra 2. The two games are NOTHING like and the second one SUCKS. I mean it's really, really horrible. Thankfully, the plotlines aren't connected at all or anything like that.

The Flintstones: The Treasure of Sierra Madrock
Super Nintendo

So remember when every TV show you've ever heard of in your life had a video game? Enter The Flintstones. Actually, this game wasn't bad at all. It had a 'world map' system not unlike Super Mario world, and it had little extra gameplay things like collecting clams to buy things at stores, racing, and running from their wives. This game wasn't too bad for being based on a TV show. Good times.

Turok
Nintendo 64

Am I the only one who thought the premise of Turok was really weird? A time traveling Native American fights dinosaurs and eventually an evil cyborg? Seriously? Not to mention that the game's plot was nonexistent in any exposition at all. I know it was based on the comic book, but still. Either way, this game was pretty fun, although I didn't really get to enjoy it as a kid like I should because I couldn't hold the N64 controller really well. Seriously, who thought that controller design was a good idea? It was terrible.

Vectorman
Genesis

I thought Vectorman was cool back in the day because of the graphics; at the time they looked pretty unique and even today still stand out because of how Vectorman is rendered and moves. I think it's pretty cool, and it was one of the biggest successes on the Genesis. What can I say other than it was a good game? I never beat this game, but one of these days I'm going to sit down and actually finish it, it can't be that long, right? This gets me all nostalgic because it makes me think how there are a lot of developers back then that aren't around now; Vectorman was made by Blue Sky Software, (the same who made Klax), but they're no longer with us. Ah, the good old days.

Street Fighter III 3rd Strike
Arcade, Various

Yeah so I'm pretty fanatical about this game! Considered one of the best fighting games of all time, this game is still being played fanatically by people everywhere. Some people make their living off this game. Personally, I'm in love with this game, and I'm known for challenging everyone I meet at this game. I've played my roommate, my brother, my sisters, my girlfriend, her sister, and I would have played her dad if he wasn't having surgery. I'm an absolute fanatic about this game, and for good reason, it's suited for extremely high level complexity and play, and it's easy to learn, but hard as shit to master.
PS. My Q will tear your shit up.

(Nearly) all these games are too new for me to have played extensively.
The Flintstones game was good, though.
