CloseOkay, this is a REALLY stupid question, so let me explain...
I just now got RM2k3... and I tried to download a game from this site to try it out.. and it didn't work...
My computer got the file, but I can't access it. I tried this before I had RM2k3, but I thought the problem was that I didn't own RM2k3.
So, now that I do.....WHAT THE HECK AM I DOING WRONG?!?!?!?! >:( ??? :-\

It keeps telling me that my computer can't read the file. When I use the internet to find the program... it never works, giving the same message. It won't even say the file format!

The only thing i can suggest is that you don't have the RTP file the game comes with.

I couldn't find an RTP download for RM2k3, only for RM2k.

.rar files are associated with a compression algortihm by WinRAR (http://www.rarlabs.com/). WinRAR > WinZip. I RAR all my Rm2k3 games.
7zip is good, too.
Extract the rar file into the Rm2k3 project folder and then try to play. You'll probably need to find the Rm2k3 RTP.
