(Not a lot of love for Koei's SNES stuff, I see.)
Since the topic asks SPECIFICALLY for SNES games, I have omitted games
that were exclusively Super Famicom Only.
I will make two separate lists, one specifically for RPG's, and
one for "Everything Else".
I am basing my list on how much I played, the enjoyment it brought me overall, my ability to still play them long after their heyday, and the amount of nostalgia each produces for me.
My Non-RPG Top 10:
1. Super Mario Kart
2. Kirby Super Deluxe
3. Super Punch Out!
4. Megaman X
5. Sim City
6. Mario Paint
7. Out of this World
8. Aerobiz Supersonic
9. Ninja Gaiden Trilogy
10. Super Mario World + All Stars Combo
Honorable Mentions:
Contra 3: The Alien Wars
Clayfighter
Legend of Zelda
Street Fighter 2 Championship Edition
Mortal Kombat 2
Killer Instinct
Donkey Kong Country
Ranma 1/2 Hard Battle
Top 10 RPGS:
1. Chrono Trigger
2. Final Fantasy 6
3. 7th Saga
4. Earthbound
5. Secret of Mana
6. Arcana
7. Ogre Battle
8. Robotrek

10. Gemfire
Honorable Mentions:

Final Fantasy 4

Lufia 2
Secret of Evermore
Romance of the 3 Kingdoms 2

(Not a lot of love for Koei's SNES stuff, I see.)
I really enjoyed Romance of the Three Kingdoms 4, and Pacific Theater of operations 2.
God I would kill for a human opponent in a koei strategy game.
Wasn't much of a PTO fan, although I would play it in a heartbeat.
RotK has been a part of my gaming diet since 2 for the SNES, and really only started to suck after RotK 9. 10 and 11 I just can't get to liking...
I could never goad people my age back then to play Koei stuff with me. It's only nowadays that my wife has had the chance to provide me with a reliable human opponent!

It's hard to find kids that like strategy. I remember my own brother not liking strategy or simulation games at all... until we found FFTactics.
Pilotwings was a big one for me as I wanted to be a pilot more than anything as a kid.
Asa: 11 is pretty awesome imo. Once you get through the learning curve anyway. But the AI is really effing dumb! That's why I want human opponents!
Yeah, the style of 11 where everyone goes simultaneously doesn't sit well with me. The "everything is all on one continuous map" thing turns me off, and of course the idiot AI has been around for a long time in ROT3K now.
Earthbound
Super Mario RPG
Tetris Attack
Super Mario World
Final Fantasy IV
Final Fantasy VI
Chrono Trigger
Star Fox
Zelda: A Link to the Past
Super Mario Kart
They're not in any particular order, but they were listed off the top of my head.

Man, the SNES has a LOT of killer games. I miss those days...
No kidding. My personal opinion is that the SNES is the best console available, period.
Maaaan, I remember the first time I beat M. Bison with Cammy on Street Fighter: TNC. She was the only ending I actually got to see of that game, and I felt so proud of myself. I miss those days when such a victory ment so much to me.
For nostalgia alone, Utopia. I was the only kid in my entire grade to like Utopia. I loved that game so much. Basically, it was like SimCity, except in outerspace and with aliens that lived on the other side of your planet. You could send spies on them, set up weaponry to protect your people, terraform that planet, and it could be played with either the controller or a mouse. It was like Civ, but in space! And the advisors were fun. My favorite was the military guy, even though he scared the crap out of me as a kid in the badass-alien-military-advisor kind of way. I want to play that game again. Seriously.
WHY HAS NO ONE MENTIONED F-ZERO?

WHY HAS NO ONE MENTIONED F-ZERO?
Yeah it deserves a mention. There are just so damn many SNES greats.
I have just played a ton of great SNES games like SD3 and Earthbound. Any list I might have written before would be overturned.
So I seriously have no idea what my Top 10 is! Too many good games. Although Live-a-Live and Terranigma would be at the top.

Chrono Trigger
Final Fantasy VI
Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past
Super Metroid
Super Mario World
Star Ocean
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles IV: Turtles in Time
StarFox
Breath of Fire
Illusion of Gaia
There's no way to put the top five in any particular order. Every one of them are among the best games ever made.
