I think the world needs Cracky The Dog 2.
Barring that, how about a post-apocalyptic world where the world is just the SAME as it was previous to the holocaust, you are the hero of the holocaust, but at the same time you're the villain of this new and same-as-before world! You are ALSO a spy for both times, pitting the pre-sameness world against the post-sameness world in an Average battle of Normal proportions!
