Just as a note, if someone goes through and nominates the same game for every single category (especially best game and worst game), I will probably nullify their nomination.

I find it a little strange that everybody is suddenly whaling on Barkley: Shut up and Jam: Gaiden.

Overhyped does not necessarily mean bad. Ironically, Barkley wouldn't have been in contention for worst game until a supporter from Gaming World spammed it for pretty much every category (which will probably be revoked).
When's the voting begin, this is taking a while to finish up the nominating? Also is the worst game gonna be revoked or the spammed nominations for Barkley?

Update the time for the closing of the game nomination process and the start of the actual voting. Not that any of you planned on staying up until midnight.

Excuse me, it is my democratic right to vote for what I please. Especially if it means Legion gets nothing from this.

What kind of retardation would it be anyways? Opening up the possible votes for Worst Game of the Year and Best Game of the Year simultaneously brings the possiblity of my efforts being counteractive.
These aren't even votes yet. Just nominations to get potential votes. If I did this sort of thing while VOTING, yes of course it would nullify my vote. However, registering for a nomination should have little regard to what I'm nominating.
Well, at least I'm in two categories(Dialogue and cinematics). =P

As for nominations, spamming the ballot is retarded and will disqualify you. This isn't like the presidential election when you mark everything in the Donkey or Elephant column. We can see how you have nominated, and if we call bullshit we can take action accordingly.

What the hell are you talking about? Like I said clearly: This doesn't even matter. This stage shouldn't even EXIST. We're not even VOTING yet. We're just slapping our dicks together and generating a list to vote on.
Every game of 08 should be voteable. My nominations were not spam, I just do not believe in 99% of the crap published of late.

This site isn't even close to a democracy. I also somewhat agree that a nomination phase shouldn't exist. However, it currently does so accept it.

Yes. Also, my beliefs have nothing to do with this conversation. My right to vote, is regardless of what I decide to vote for. That's for me to decide.
But if this is a lost battle, whatever. Anyone who stakes claim to '08 Misaos is a joke, because the voting system is rigged!
