Great art (generally, despite some awkward anatomy) and it's neat that he has managed that much on his own, but I don't think this will be a very good story. The character acting (not just the voices) is kind of bad, the camera angles are sometimes awkward, and the art is so textured that it is hard to distinguish background from foreground.

Also, I don't much care for the Jon Pertwee Doctor variation.

It's impressive looking, but I think it'll end up being a mediocre film, basically.
